Chicken Tortellini Soup

7 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken

In a large soup pot, combine the broth, tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes; add the tortellini and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes or until tortellini is heated through. Yield: 12 servings.
